Videos treated like Photos

Some videographers love to move through a space with energy and enthusiasm, capturing everything in a matter of seconds. One take. Done.
Others use sweeping gimbal movements to spiral through rooms, twisting and turning through the space-time continuum...

Me?
I’m more interested in glorifying the quality of what’s actually in front of the camera.

The design of the structure.
The finesse of the joinery.
The attention to the finishes.

I treat videography as a moving photograph.
Subtle shifts. Slow slides. Sometimes a completely static frame. Just enough movement to bring the space to life, without distracting from what we’re actually there to showcase.

Because the video shouldn’t be about showing off what I can do with a camera. It should be about showing off what you can do.
